I give Nature’s Earth Product permission to dump the purchased material I ordered to be placed on my driveway (trucks will not leave pavement to dump in yard). In the event that I am not present or even if I will be present during the time of delivery.
I acknowledge Nature’s Earth Product is not liable for damages incurred on my property. I have noted below where I would like to have the product delivered. I also acknowledge, in the event I refuse a delivery, I am still responsible for the delivery fee but will receive a refund on the material.
I acknowledge I am responsible for any repairs or costs for removing a truck that gets stuck on my property. I am responsible even if I am successful in getting a delivery drivers to break Nature's Earth Products company policy by driving a delivery truck off of an established driveway. Established driveway is defined as concrete, asphalt or gravel road.
I acknowledge Nature’s Earth Products DOES NOT guarantee delivery times. NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to the high volume of deliveries, traffic, possible mechanical issues, or staffing issues that arise we are unable to commit to having your delivery at a certain time. We call everyone an hour to an hour and a half before we arrive with your product.
